REfunds & cancellations
At MADEBY, we take pride in creating high-quality, customized macarons for your special occasions. Because each order is prepared with care and tailored specifically to your requests, we have the following refund and cancellation guidelines in place:

Case-by-Case Refund Evaluation
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. While we strive to accommodate our customers, refunds are typically only granted under specific circumstances, such as:-
Errors in the order caused by us (e.g., incorrect flavors, designs, or quantities).

Damage to the product during delivery (supported by photographs submitted within 2 hours of receipt).
Please note that taste preferences do not qualify for a refund, as flavour is subjective, and we use only premium ingredients.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be made up to 4 days before the scheduled order date.

Any cancellations made within this timeframe will be eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Orders canceled less than 4 days prior to the pickup or delivery date will not be eligible for a refund, as production and preparation will already have begun.

Non-Refundable Deposits
For larger, custom-designed orders or bulk orders, a deposit will be required to secure the booking. This deposit is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation, as it covers the cost of materials and initial preparation. If full payment is not made at least 1 week before the item is due for delivery, the order will be cancelled. Rescheduling of the order is subject to availability. -
Adjustments to Orders
Any changes to your order (such as design, quantity, or flavors) must also be made no later than 4 days before the order date. After this period, changes may not be accommodated. -
Delivery Concerns
If there are issues with delivery, such as delays caused by third-party couriers, refunds will not be issued. However, we will work with you to find a resolution, including redelivery where possible. -
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

For damage-related refunds, please include photographs and a description of the issue within 2 hours of receipt.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7 business days.

What are macarons made of?
Almond flour, sugar & egg whites.
Despite being a meringue-based cookie, these macarons are less sweet
& pack a full-bodied chew that is deeply loved by our regular customers!
Delivery & Pickup

Do you deliver?
We deliver within Singapore only. Delivery is a flat rate of $15 or get free delivery when you spend $120 and above -
Can I pick up my order?
Please contact us at 8753 2546 for orders that require pick-up. -
How are the items packaged for delivery?
The items are wrapped in a protective layer and couriered specially to your place to ensure they arrive fresh at your doorstep -
What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Storage & Shelf Life

How should I store my macarons?
Keep them refrigerated in an air-tight container. Before consuming, let them sit out for 10 minutes. -
How long do your macarons last?
They are best eaten the day of, but last 3 - 7 days in the fridge. You can freeze them for up to 2 weeks, but take note that the texture will change.
